Choc Chip Biscuits

When developing our recipe for these choc chip biscuits, we had one aim: for them to be the best in New Zealand. 

We might be a touch biassed but we think these soft, buttery shortbread-style biscuits studded with tasty morsels come pretty close!

Great for any time of the day accompanied by your favourite Chanui tea.
