Uruguayan Salami

Made using locally sourced beef and pork. This is an authentic recipe from Uruguay. We cut the meats by hand, season with fresh garlic, red wine and black peppercorns and hung to cure. The result is an amazing piece of charcuterie that melts in your mouth.
