Blue edible flower Petals

Our vibrant blue edible petals have been harvested from the attractive blue cornflower plant.  Grown from our organic plantation, hand harvested and dried right here at the Native Tea Farm in Whakatane.

These lovely edible flower petals are almost neutral in flavour, making them an excellent option for both savoury and sweet foods alike.  

Straight from Mother Nature, these vivid blue petals bring life to baked foods, frozen treats, mostly everything really.
