Abruzzo Olive Leaf

Our specially selected olive leaves from Abruzzo in Italy are hand-picked and processed before being dried slowly at low temperatures in order to fully maintain their natural properties. 

Known for high-levels of antioxidants and also said to possess antibacterial, antifungal, antibiotic and anti-inflammatory properties; this infusion produces a cleansing and refreshing cup. When brewed olive leaf produces a strong copper liquor and woody aroma and flavour with a distinct sweetness and very subtle olive undertones. This infusion is an excellent alternative to rooibos, with which it shares many characteristics and benefits, whilst offering a distinctly different flavour profile.

To Enjoy

Place one heaped teaspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Add almost boiling water and infuse for 7-8 minutes in order to fully develop the flavour Ingredients

The refill carton, available in Standard and Large, is a perfect, environmentally friendly way to replenish your Tea Palace Caddies. Contains enough leaves for approximately 50 cups (Standard) or 80 cups (Large) of infusion.
Please note this container is not airtight and therefore once opened tea should be transferred to an airtight caddy or storage jar.
