Crafted from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, and Sauvignon Blanc using the tank method, it’s bright and fruit-driven with notes of green apple, melon, and citrus. Fine bubbles bring it to life, finishing crisp and refreshing — the kind of wine that makes every sip feel like a toast to something good.

Now, to name the elephant in the room… there’s currently no label.

The good news? We’ve secured one labelling slot in November.
The not-so-good news? That means this first release is extremely limited.
