Reformer Pilates Mother's Day

This Mother's Day, we’re celebrating all mother figure, connections, movement, and Woman-Hood!

Join us for a feel-good Reformer Pilates experience designed to nourish your body and show appreciation for all Mothers together.

The event includes a 45-minute Reformer Pilates session hosted at Shape Studio, suitable for all levels, focused on strength, alignment, and mindful movement. After class, stay and enjoy refreshments and light nibbles.

Bring along anyone you view as a mother figure or purchase as a gift!

What’s Included:

- 45-minute Reformer Pilates class
- Refreshments (iced coffee/iced chocolate) nibbles post-class
- Drink Daeli samples!

Event Details

- Date: Saturday, 9th May
- Time: 11:30am – 12:45pm
- Location: Reformer Pilates Studio, Auckland
- Who: Open to all women, all levels welcome

Once booking is confirmed, you will receive an email containing further information about the event and a waiver to read and sign prior to attending Shape Studio. Please send ABALANCEDCO.NZ a DM on instagram once tickets are purchased with your drinks of choice.

Important to arrive on time, 11:30AM.

Parking: Plenty of free parking onsite.

What to bring:
Grip socks are highly recommended, sweat towels and water bottles.

1. Participation

- By registering or attending an event, you agree to participate at your own risk and take responsibility for your personal wellbeing.
- Some activities may involve reflection or discussion that can bring up emotional content. You are always encouraged to honour your boundaries and share only what feels safe.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

- If you are unable to attend, please notify us so your space can be offered to someone else.
- Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. You are responsible for reselling your ticket if in the case you are no longer able to attend. Please ensure to inform us via instagram DMs or send an email to balancebuddies23@gmail.com with this information and the details of the new attendee.

3. Code of Conduct

- This is a non-judgmental, inclusive space open to all women (cis and trans-inclusive).
- Disrespectful, disruptive, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant who does not uphold the community’s values of safety, kindness, and mutual respect. Ticket refund will not be issued in this circumstance.

4. Privacy

- Any personal information shared with facilitators or other participants will be treated with respect and confidentiality.
- Photos may be taken for promotional purposes.

5. Liability

- A Balanced Company is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of our events.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring their own physical and emotional readiness before engaging in activities.

By attending this event, you acknowledge that participation in golf activities involves some physical risk. Please be mindful of your surroundings, follow all safety instructions provided at the driving range, have a blast but swing responsibly. The organisers are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur. Please ensure to inform the event organisers of any relevant health concerns prior to the event.
