TARTARE SAUCE- to die for! - 300ml

Once you've experienced a "homemade" small batch tartare with locally grown fresh herbs, fresh lemon, punchy capers and gherkins that you can actually taste, you will never go back to some store bought option, so buyer beware! :)

Ingredients: A bit dressy's house mayo made with Cold pressed red rice bran oil, egg, lemon, mustard, wine vinegar, cayenne pepper and salt - adding spray free parsley, chives & dill,capers, gherkins, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, himalayan salt and white pepper to taste.
