The blade is made from quality Japanese high-carbon stainless steel for long-lasting sharpness and corrosion-resistance.

The supplied hard plastic sheath is fitted with a belt loop and drain holes.

W340 - 210mm wide blade, stiff fillet knife, (overall length 340mm)
W330 - 200mm narrow blade, flexi fillet knife, (overall length 330mm)
