Aqua star earrings (medium, oval)

These versatile drop earrings are solid sterling silver with a hand engraved star set natural aquamarine.
The hand pierced discs are 14mm across and 3.2 mm thick. Weighing in at nearly 5 grams each, they are one of my heavier pieces.
The aquamarines are approx 6mm x 4mm.
I love engraving with a graver, the process, the simplicity, the skill and the result. You just can’t get that bright sparkle and hand crafted feel with laser cut or cast or roll printing techniques.
