Crafted in the traditional French style producing a smooth creamy flavour with gorgeous fine bubbles, it is a deliciously lemon citrusy wine with dry complexity and character, a true celebration with every sip.

The base wine was fermented with a Chardonnay yeast and left on lees to enhance creaminess and yeast aromatics. The secondary fermentation was conducted in a manner that accentuated the delicate citrus and brioche flavours. Volume: 750ml
