Old Yella Habanero Mustard Proper Crisps

Inspired by Al Brown's Old Yella Habanero Mustard, these are crisps taken to the next level. They are not overly hot but definitely have a habanero sting in their tail. Dusted on our thick cut golden potatoes for a sharp tang to delight the senses.
