Chilled Elderflower & Cucumber Cold Brew

Light, floral, and ultra-refreshing — this elderflower infusion is perfect for warm weather or a calming afternoon reset. Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp dried elderflower
- 500ml cold water
- thin slices of cucumber
- Ice
- Optional: 1 tsp lemon juice Method:
- Cold brew: Add elderflower and cucumber slices to a jug with 500ml of cold water.
- Steep: Let it sit in the fridge for at least 6 hours (or overnight).
- Strain: Remove flowers and cucumber slices before serving.
