90 Mile Hot Mango and Manuka Sauce A rich, fiery, exotically flavoured sauce made from mango, manuka blend honey and Northland grown chillies. Drizzle over meats, quiche or raw oysters or use as a marinade. Delicious too with cheese and crackers. Made with raw sugar and no artificial ingredients, added colours or emulsifiers. Made in small batches in Kaitaia. You will love this!

Stabler and Steel Black Sauce A wonderful vegan/vegetarian savoury and sweet sauce that is best used on eggs, tomatoes, in casseroles and on pies – it adds a punch to anything really! It is great in bloody Mary’s and on oysters. Perfect in chilli con carne or in a salad dressing. It has no nasty additives and is a totally hand-made artisan product. Everything from making to bottling to labelling is done by hand in Pukerua Bay.
