ATF South Pacific IPA

The ’s aroma is bright and lifted, offering distinct notes of tangelo, fresh lime zest, ripe apricot and peach, underscored by a subtle hint of pine and a gentle resinous depth. A clean malt character provides a light foundation, carrying just a whisper of golden sweetness that supports the hops without competing for attention.

On the palate, the beer is smooth and medium-bodied, leading into a wave of stone fruit and citrus. A firm, assertive bitterness (58 IBU) arrives on the finish, drying the palate and leaving a crisp, refreshing impression of grapefruit pith and resinous pine.

Yeast is not included in the kit. We recommend using Lallemand Nottingham High Performance Ale Yeast, or Froth Buddy (Assumed Origin: Sierra Nevada), or Lallemand's BRY-97 West Coast Ale Yeast. You could also try Safale US-05, or Mangrove Jack's West Coast Yeast.
