Wildflower Kaftan - Studio Seconds

A special release from behind the scenes of AmberDawn.

The Wildflower Kaftan has been over a year in the making — with multiple attempts to get the colour just right, including a full fabric reprint along the way.

When this batch finally arrived, I was over the moon. However, after releasing a few pieces it became clear there was an issue with some of the finishing — a small number of buttons were not properly secured and some labels had been sewn in incorrectly.

As soon as I realised, I took them offline and had all faults carefully repaired.

Even though they’ve now been fixed, I don’t feel comfortable releasing these at full price, so I’ve chosen to offer the remaining pieces as AmberDawn Studio Seconds.

These are still the same beautiful Wildflower kaftans — made from soft breathable cotton, in a relaxed flowing silhouette, and produced in a very limited batch — just offered with complete honesty.

Rather than letting these garments go to waste, I would much rather they are worn and loved. Details
