Snake plant care is easy: provide bright, indirect light (though they tolerate low light), water only when the soil is bone dry (less in winter to prevent root rot), use well-draining cactus/succulent soil in a pot with drainage, and feed sparingly with a diluted fertilizer in spring/summer. The biggest mistake is overwatering, so let the soil fully dry between drinks, and keep them warm (15-30°C) away from cold drafts.
