Echinacea/ Goldenseal combines two species of Echinacea (Echinacea Purpurae and Echinacea angustifolia). Goldenseal root contains the powerful alkaloids berberine and hydrastine that may support the immune system by promoting healthy mucous which may soothe irritated tissues.
