The Aqualine are designed for swimmers who are done fighting with their ear plugs mid-lap. With an ergonomic, ear-shaped silicone mould and a secure-fit fin design, these stay put whether you're pushing off the wall or doing open water drills. The triple-flange core creates a watertight seal that keeps water out without the pressure - so you can focus on your stroke, not your ears.

What Size Do I Need?

Small is your go-to - it fits most ears and is the size we'd always recommend starting with. Large is for those of you who've been told you could hear things from a mile away, or whose earphones are always falling out. You know who you are. No judgment — just a better fit.

Fitting Instructions

- Hold the earplug with the blue core facing into your ear
- Gently pull your ear upward and outward to open the ear canal
- Insert the plug with a slight twisting motion until the silicone mould sits flush against your ear
- The stabilising fin should tuck comfortably into the outer ear to lock it in place
- Give your head a gentle shake to check the fit - if it stays put, you're good to go
