Our Scent Work Dog Leash is made to meet the requirements of Dogs scent work trials , featuring an exact 3 or 5 metre length and a clean, handle-free design that won’t snag on vegetation or distract your dog while they’re working.

Made from the same rubber-infused webbing as our popular Train & Recall Long Line, it provides outstanding grip in both wet and dry conditions, giving you complete confidence without adding unnecessary weight. The rubber threads are woven directly into the webbing, creating a durable, comfortable grip that performs in all weather.

Instead of a traditional handle, we’ve added a grippy Arctic Sammy logo tab at the end of the leash, allowing you to maintain control while keeping the leash streamlined and trial compliant.

Finished with our lightweight auto-locking aluminium carabiner , it’s built to handle everything from everyday training sessions to competition day.

Why no handle?
During scent work, a handle can easily catch on branches, fences, or obstacles, interrupting your dog’s search. A handle-free design keeps the leash moving smoothly behind your dog while still giving you a secure grip via the rubber webbing and grippy end tab or when used as a drag line. No handles are allowed under trial conditions. Size and Weight
