Sachs KM48 Alloy Intake Manifold

This manifold is designed by Hustler Minibikes in SolidWorks to be a perfect port matched design. Perfectly 3D printed from Aluminium alloy these look just like a vintage sand cast speed part from the 60's - a perfect match for the cast Sachs rotaries.

- The carb side flange is to suit our 22mm carb option (48mm hole spacing).
- A laser cut engine side gasket is included (carb has integral O-Ring seal).
- 4x M6 mounting fasteners included.
- An option to include a 22mm matching carburettor with a drilled main jet to suit a KM48 with this manifold kit. Pod type filter is also included. - note this jet size is a starting point that will suit most applications.
