A naturally processed coffee, grown in Poços de Caldas and Ibiraci, located within the larger region of Sul de Minas in Brazil.
This single origin is a mix of varieties including Red Bourbon and Catuai and Catucaí. This particular micro-lot is sun dried for six days to achieve the ideal moisture level in the bean and a sweet and clean flavour profile.
