Roimata Whakarei Large Pounamu Pendant
Carved by Aaron Marshall (Ngāti Maniapoto, Waikato) from Raukaraka pounamu, this roimata takes the form of a falling tear, a shape long carried in times of loss and love alike. It is often given in aroha — for connection, comfort, or healing.
Whakarei detail is hand-carved into the face of the stone, its deep green drawn from the rivers of Te Wai Pounamu. Finished on an adjustable tan hand-plaited cord and presented in a gift box with cards on its meaning and care.
