Toki Medium Inanga Whakarei Pounamu Pendant

Carved by Jeremy Walsh from soft grey-green īnanga pounamu, this one-off medium Toki Whakarei symbolises strength and leadership.

The toki is the form Jeremy has carved most. Of Ngāti Maniapoto descent and trained under master carver Alex Sands, he specialises in whakairo, engraved forms, and is drawn to the toki for its endurance: a shape that has stood unchanged through time.

Paired with an adjustable handwoven black cord, it is presented in an eco-friendly box with cards detailing its meaning and care. A taonga for someone who leads.
