2024 Rapaura Chardonnay

Single Vineyard: 100% Chardonnay

Vinification: Handpicked, Mendoza clone, whole bunch pressed the heart juice directly into a select 1-year-old French oak puncheon for 12 months élevage. Unfined and unfiltered.

Ingredients: Certified organic grapes, minimal sulphur dioxide.

Notes: A complex nose of hazelnut, crème brûlée and freshly cut white stone fruit. A vibrant energy filled entry to the palate with a crystalline character of lemon and generous nectarine – all framed with a salivating citrus pithiness giving a lengthy finish.
