Single Vineyard: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Vinification: Handpicked, 100% whole cluster fermentation for 9 days, 15 months élevage in a seasoned French oak puncheon. Unfined and unfiltered.

Ingredients: Certified organic grapes, minimal sulphur dioxide.

Notes: A complex white wine with an intriguing nose of jasmine, fennel and freshly cut citrus. The wine has a crystalline purity of fruit and is framed with juicy ripe phenolics which give a palate with immense drive, texture and length.
