This aniseed spirit is known by it’s nickname To Farmako. Locally foraged fennel and kawakawa seed is blended with aniseed and star anise. We are pretty sure this will be the smoothest “not Ouzo" you’ve ever tasted – and judges agree because it was just awarded Bronze Medal at the 2024 Spirits Awards.
