2 year Extended warranty - 41B & 43B

On installation of a Melag steriliser you will have a standard 2 year parts and labour warranty. Within one month of your autoclave being installed you can add on this 2 year extended warranty.

The warranty terms:

- The unit is installed by authorised Melag service agent.
- A service is performed and an annual maintenance kit installed by a Melag authorised service agent every 12 months.
- The warranty covers all parts and labour within four years of install if all conditions are met.
- A Melag Authorised service agent must be used for all warranty claims.
- Travel costs of the service agent are not included in the warranty.
- Loan units are not provided and associated costs are to be negotiated by the customer with their local Melag technician.
- Servicing parts & ongoing consumables not included
