HiQ PS-990 is a multifunctional high-build 3-pack hybrid primer surfacer designed for professional automotive refinishing.

This advanced hybrid system can be used as both sanding and non-sanding surfacer. It applies directly to bare metals and selected plastic parts while offering excellent topcoat flow and hiding power. Suitable for use with both waterborne and solventborne basecoats. Key Features

- Sanding: 4 : 1 : 1 (Primer : Hardener : Additive)
- Non-sanding: 4 : 1 : 2–3 (Primer : Hardener : Additive)

- Mixing Viscosity: Non-sanding 13–15 sec / Sanding 18–20 sec (Ford Cup #4 at 25°C)
