Hot:
Add 15g to 360ml of boiling water and steep for 3–5 minutes.

Cold:
Prepare hot first, allow to steep, then serve over ice.

Smoothie:
Prepare the tisane, add ice and blend for a refreshing smoothie-style drink. Ingredients

Dehydrated cranberry (32%), osmodehydrated apple (apple, added sugar, rice flour, ascorbic acid and citric acid), osmodehydrated strawberry (strawberry, added sugar, rice flour, sunflower oil and ascorbic acid), dehydrated apple, artificial flavouring (2% lychee and strawberry), rose petals (1%), artificial cream flavouring, calendula, mint and red colouring.

May contain: coconut, almond, milk and soy lecithin. Pack Size
