This product comes with a standard 2-years warranty against Aluminum Frame for manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, abuse, or regular wear and tear. If the product is found to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced by Backdropsource.
The final decision of replacement will be at the discretion of Backdropsource. FABRIC CARE:
All of Backdrop Source's banners are wrinkle-resistant and machine-washable. Our fabrics stay fade-free over many washes. Easily foldable and portable, your banner will resist crumpling or wrinkling over many commutes and road trips.

We can finish them with rod or pole pockets so you can let them fall off from the ceiling for your next event. And we can have it with eyelets to hang up indoors and outdoors. If the backdrop is your use, we can simply hem the edges so you can stretch and pin them up on the stands that we provide Adjustable 10ft wide Stand. And we give away Velcro and wind flaps just to ensure your photograph doesn’t capture a wrinkle. This way, you can have the ends secured.
Pole pocket dia is 7cm. Extra fabric will be used to stitch the rod pocket. The threads will be the same color as the color of the backdrop which will make the thread not visible.
Eyelet's inner Dia will be -14mm size and color will be in silver. Normally we provide eyelets at every 2 feet at the top, bottom, and four corners. If you have any special requirements on eyelets please to increase or decrease the number of the eyelet as per your requirements.
Velcro's width is 5cm. By default, the soft side will be stiched behind the backdrop. The threads will be the same color as the color of the backdrop which will make the thread not visible. Upon request, the hard side of the velcro will be stiched behind the backdrops.
Just in case, you want to give us your own designs, we accept them when it meets the following specifications:
