CHOCOLATE – Chocolate Sponge with raspberry jam and chocolate buttercream with a chocolate truffle top, edged with chocolate hail and finished with chocolate buttercream, cherries and chocolate decorations.

COFFEE – Plain sponge filled with coffee buttercream, a crushed biscuit edging and chocolate decorations.

CHOCOLATE CARAMEL – Chocolate sponge with a caramel filling with chocolate buttercream, edged with chocolate hail, finished with a chocolate spiderweb decoration.

MOCHA – Chocolate sponge filled with coffee buttercream, edged with chocolate hail, topped with chocolate icing and coffee/chocolate swirls.

LEMON – Plain sponge, filled with lemon curd and a lemon buttercream, edged with coconut, decorated with lemon cream and lemon curd swirls.
