Starting with these South Canterbury grown raspberries, we then add less sugar than a standard jam but enough to ensure the beautiful flavour of the fruit shines through.

Blackcurrant Conserve: This delicious conserve was inspired by our love for local blackcurrants. Starting with these South Canterbury grown blackcurrants, we add just right amount of natural cane sugar to still allow the true tartness of this special fruit to shine through.
