This tomato has serious flavour, the large green fruit have a beautiful apricot blush when ripe with lovely firm, chartreuse green flesh.
Delicious eaten fresh on toast or for cooking, makes a great salsa verde - we use this one to make ripe green tomato relish.

‘Aunt Ruby’ lived in Tennessee and inherited this seed from her German grandfather, she shared the seed in the early 90’s and it has gone on to win numerous accolades.
