CAREDENT Periotape Minis 3x15m are made from PTFE, slides easily between your teeth without shredding, effectively removing plaque, food particles and keeping your breath fresh.

Directions:

- Snap off 45 cm of the tape. Wind around each index finger, leaving about 10 cm of floss between them.
- Gently guide the tape between the teeth, moving backwards and forwards and up and down action along the side of the teeth and gums.
- Repeat for each tooth using a clean section of tape.
