RefectoCil - Care Balm 9ml

RefectoCil Care Balm is designed to condition lashes post treatment for longer lasting results after a lash or brow styling service.

Care Balm will strengthen lashes and brows over night with active ingredients including Vitamin E, wheat germ oil and castor oil.

It should be used 2-3 times a week for best results.

Tip: Don’t apply the Care Balm within 24 hours after tinting because its high fat content can affect the tinting result.
