The result is a clean, golden pilsner with a rounded malt backbone - softly nutty, subtly earthy, & gently sweet. A thoughtful dry hop of Saphir & Loral brings a whisper of citrus, spice & wildflower to lift the finish. Refreshing yet quietly complex, a meeting of old-world grain & new-world craft.
