Ingredients

Each capsule contains;
Crocus sativus L. (saffron) (stigmas, 3:1 pure affron saffron extract standardised to contain 3 % crocin and 2 % safranal and providing 90 mg of dried herb equivalent): 30mg

Other ingredients: Brown rice flour, Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (hypromellose – capsule), Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide

Contains no known allergens, no sugar or gluten, no artificial flavours or preservatives.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 capsule per day. Can be taken with or without food. Swallow capsules whole with at least 100 ml of water; do not chew.
