Each tablet provides:
Valerian root ext. equiv. dry 240mg
Passionflower herb ext. equiv. dry 100mg
Hops strobile ext. equiv. dry 150mg

Other Ingredients: Tableting aids (Micro crystalline cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate, Crospovidone, silicon dioxide, Magnesium Stearate) Colours.

Formulated without: Gluten, wheat, animal products, dairy products, egg, soy, artificial flavours or artificial sweeteners.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 tablet daily, 1 hour before bedtime.
