From a Hawke's Bay kitchen with a serious passion for bold flavour, Pepler's preserves (240g) bring something a little unexpected to every table. Choose from four distinct varieties, each one crafted to complement cheese boards, grilled meats, and good company.

- Pink Gin Jelly - A beautiful blush-pink jelly with subtle botanical gin flavour and a hint of cranberry sweetness. Elegant on a cheese board, gorgeous as a glaze, and just a little bit playful.
- Beetroot & Orange Chutney - The earthy sweetness of beetroot meets the zesty brightness of orange. Vibrant in colour and big on flavour, it pairs beautifully with soft cheeses and roasted meats.
- Tamarillo Chutney - Celebrating one of New Zealand's most distinctive fruits, this bold, tangy chutney is a jar of pure Kiwi flavour. Fantastic with cold meats, cheeses, and crackers.
- Aubergine & Chilli Chutney - Smoky aubergine with a kick of chilli. Robust and versatile, it's as good piled on a burger as it is on a cheese board.

Ingredients:

Pink Gin Jelly: Sugar, Pink Gin (13%), Cranberry Juice (Water, Reconstituted Cranberry Juice (Water, Cranberry Juice Concentrate, Vitamin C), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Flavours, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid)), Raspberry, Salt, Gelling Agent (Pectin).

Beetroot & Orange Chutney: Beetroot (38%), Sugar, Red Wine Vinegar, Apple, Onion, Orange Juice (3.5%), Mustard Seeds, Cinnamon, Spices.

Tamarillo Chutney: Tamarillo (29%), Onion, Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Apple (Apples, Preservatives (202, 223, Sulphites)), Raisins, Limes, Ginger, Salt, Pepper, Chilli, Spices.

Aubergine & Chilli Chutney: White Vinegar, Aubergine (23%), Onion, Red Capsicum, Sugar, Water, Garlic, Ginger, Modified Starch, Olive Oil, Chilli (1%), Mustard Seeds, Salt, Turmeric, Spices.
