Blackforest Beef

 

Dry-cured and smoked beef made of the well-trimmed beef knuckle cut. Made the traditional Blackforest way. Three weeks in a marinade with one week in the smokehouse. an excellent entré with melon, grapes or your other favourite nibbles. Very nice on sandwiches and with cheese.
