Blackforest Ham

 

Dry-cured and smoked ham. Made from well trimmed pork legs. Dry cured for over several weeks helps get the most moisture out of the meat. Cold smoked for one week. Thinly sliced , served with melon or grapes make a great entrée. It also goes very well with cheese and crackers and in sandwiches.
