Made from beef and pork with cayenne pepper, garlic and spices (Secret Butcher spice mix) Hungarian style sausage. Eat as is or heat them up. Perfect for frying or boiling. 10 mins in the frying pan or in boiling water, turn the heat off and simmer for 7-8 min. There are approx. 14 sausages in a kilo.
