Beautifully cured half leg ham (bone in) in our famous family recipe brine perfected over 100 years, lovingly smoked and slowly cooked to perfection. The result is a juicy, meaty ham like they used to be, perfect for glazing or eating cold.

Important to note:

- Any weight under 4kg will be topped with Thueringer Bratwurst to equal value or a cash refund for the difference on request.
- All orders that include the Half Christmas Ham will be shipped between the 14th-16th December.
- Fresh vac-packed hams will last until mid-January if kept vac-packed and refrigerated.
