Swiss water Decaf

Our Swiss Water Decaf from Colombia is roasted medium and packed with malty chocolatey flavours, without that caffeine hit.

TASTING NOTES: Aroma of dark chocolate, caramel and nectarine aroma. Flavours of dried fruits, chocolate and roasted nuts with a light stone fruit acidity. Medium lingering body with a clean finish.

Essentially, the Swiss Water® Process r emoves caffeine by gently soaking green beans in a water solution for just over 8 hour. The solution absorbs caffeine from the beans, and is then repeatedly carbon filtered until 99.9% of the caffeine is removed.
