New Zealand Gin Day 2024 Souvenir Gin

This year it's something a little special. We think it's well worthwhile to sample.

This year brings with it a contemporary modern dry gin with a spicy lemon wood aromatic balanced against a fruity and herbaceous palate, with a silky mouthfeel and fresh pepper finish.

Distilled By: Elemental Distillers, Marlborough, NZ.

Contributing Distilleries: National Distillery Company, Juno Gin, Sandymount Distillery, 1919 Distilling, Papaiti Gin, Island Gin, Humdinger Gin, Twelfth Hour Gin. Botanicals

Elemental Distillers started with a base of wild juniper, coriander seed & organic hops.

This was then built on using numerous collaborator's botanicals. From meyer lemon zest, tarata leaf, makrut leaf, verbena leaf, cubeb berries, cherry, honey & hemp seed.
Recommended Serve

Serve with an Indian tonic water and slice of fresh grapefruit, or a mixer of your choice.
