Sky Line Console

Each piece is created by hand and results in a one of kind object. The Skyline Console is a constructed abstract composition by arranging upcycled wood and stacking them to form sculptural shapes and textures and unifying them by painting them a single colour.

This both unifies the composition and obscures the individual objects. The artist incorporates the influence of high art into a functioning piece for the home.

The Skyline console has a solid core wood body with the application of the upcycled wood is applied and secured in place. The colour is then applied to seal the piece and create a resilient finish.
