Mac's Memoirs: the flying life of Squadron-Leader McGregor by G. H. Cunningham
Malcolm Charles McGregor DFC was a New Zealand WWI flying ace with the RFC from 7 April 1917 to the end of the war. Post-war he was a New Zealand aviation pioneer and an intercontinental air racing competitor. He joined the the RNZAF post-war, but continued to also distinguish himself in a variety of civil aviation activities. He was killed in an air crash at Wellington New Zealand on 19 February 1936.
