There is a long fermentation involved in our ciabatta. Making a pillowy, creamy & squidgy white bread. It has extra olive oil so tastes more deliciously fatty than our other breads. Great for sammies and kids. Monday supply must be ordered by 11am Saturday Tuesday supply must be ordered
