How to Use

Power & Mode Selection
On/Off: Long-press the Switch/Mode button for 3 seconds, then choose a mode:

- Mode 1 Red Near Infrared LED
Press the button once
- Mode 2 Yellow Near Infrared LED
Press the button twice
- Mode 3 Blue Near Infrared LED
Press the button three times
- Mode 4 Blue Yellow Red Near Infrared LED
Press the button four times

Time & Brightness

- Select treatment time: Press the Time button to set 5–30 minutes (in 5-minute steps).
Suggested: Face 10–20 min; Body 20–30 min.
- Adjust brightness: Press the Brightness button to choose 100%, 75%, or 50%.
For best results, use 100%.
