The 2020 vintage was hot and dry, hence it was an ideal season for the Burnfoot Merlot. Ripe plum, black fruits, dried herbs, spice and French oak are evident and contribute to this savoury wine. The 2020 Burnfoot Merlot will pair with lamb, beef or venison and equally the humble Spaghetti Bolognaise.
